Rochelle’s successful Real Estate career spans more than 32 years, having begun at Beach & Bartolo, Realtors in 1991.
Her professionalism has been formally recognized twice by the Columbia County Board of Realtors when, in 1996 and in 1998, she was acclaimed as “Realtor of the Year”. In 2007 Rochelle was also recognized as the “Best Dressed Realtor.”
Adding still another dimension to her skills as a Realtor, Rochelle became an Appraiser Assistant, an Accredited Staging Professional, Buyer Agent and has received her professional standards certification.
A caring person by nature, she brings that helpful attitude where ever she has gone. Rochelle’s volunteer work, that included the Meals on Wheels program for the elderly & her extensive contributions of her time with such organizations as time and space limited in Hudson, Edith Casey Stocking Fund, Marion Stegman Food Drive as well as the Columbia County Cancer fund, the Mac Hayden, PS21, Ghent Playhouse & The Crandell Film Festival.
Over these many years, Rochelle has developed a strong desire in helping people who are seeking to find their first place in Columbia county. She know the rental market like no-one else. Often other agents will call Rochelle when they are unable to locate a rental for their clients.
She believes whether you are renting an apartment, buying your first home, or perhaps your vacation home, or perhaps interesting in investing in real estate, then your goals become her mission. These decisions are among life’s most important financial and emotional decisions. Rochelle also is a Former Trustee for the Austerlitz Historical Society as well as a former Board Member of the Columbia Greene Humane Society. Rochelle also served as the Vice President of the Chatham Business Alliance for several years.
A former ‘New Yorker’, Rochelle made Columbia County her home in 1987, and today enjoys her husband, her dog Shea, gardening, walking, singing in the choir, plus her newest passion pickle ball.
